Return & Refund

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a store credit, or an exchange. That said, here are some things you might want to know:



  1. There shall be NO RETURNS allowed for FINAL SALE items, except for factory defects or quality flaws.
  2. Cancellation of orders shall only be allowed within 12 hours from the time of the confirmation of orders.
  3. Items must be sent back within 7 days counted from the delivery date.
  4. KARISLAND reserves the right to apply a 50% restocking fee for Final Sale or stale items.
  5. Returns are processed within 7-14 business days after your item(s) are received at our Return Center.
  6. Please keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number, as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit.
  7. Karisland do not cover for the return shipping cost of the returned product.
  8. Guidelines for return of the item by customer
      a. Email for Karisland Return Address.

      Please provide the following details in your Email:

  • Order Number
  • Complete Name
  • Photo of the item with the manufacturer’s defect
      b. Returned products must be in good condition and the original packaging
Items should be returned unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Moreover, it must be free from any stain makeup, deodorant, or wear caused by customer mishandling.

Additional notes: The return processing time-frame does not include the time needed for your return package to deliver to our facility. Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us. Please keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Karisland will not issue store credit for your returns.

Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you store credit to your Karisland account for use on a future purchase. Store credit never expire, and is redeemable right away!



After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Only regular priced, received damaged, or not described items can be fully refunded back to the original payment method.

Chargeback made prior to the expected date of delivery/arrival shall be dealt accordingly and a proof of delivery shall be provided. Karisland shall not accept any chargeback dispute due to unclaimed items.



The following cannot be returned:

  1. Packages/items with torn tags
  2. Packages/items beyond one (1) week from the date received
  3. Packages/items that are used or damaged due to customer’s fault

Please note:

  • A 50% restocking fee will be charged for all returns
  • Sale items and items purchased with discount codes are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned except if items are damaged due to our fault
  • All shipping fees for return of items incurred shall be shouldered by the customer
  • Karisland has the right to charge additional shipping fee for items returned in exchange of another item due to customer’s fault.
  • Karisland shall not me liable for unclaimed packages once it has arrived in its destination and respective postal offices.
  • There maybe cases that customers shall pay for custom taxes, this may differ in each location. Karisland shall not be liable for unclaimed items/packages due to failure of customer to pay such dues.
  • Once orders are placed, it is presumed that customers have double checked important details such as Shipping Name, Address, Phone Number. Karisland shall not be liable for items undelivered due to customer’s negligence in double checking such details.
